It won't hit us in the U.S. for another hour and fifteen minutes, and is supposed to last an hour or two. I'll be up until then (hopefully), so there may be several posts by me for the next few hours as I try to stay awake. Mostly wallpapers. Speaking of which, here's a BMW M1 for your time.

It's too damn cloudy to see anything where I am.
Thanks for the always beautiful M1!

I don't think I'll be able to see much, but I'll be up so I'll be looking.

It's happening from 6:30 to 10:30pm where I'm at, but right now the weather isn't so great . And it hasn't been any good since 2 days ago :(
Hopefully I get a little bit of it!

It's from a 1904 silent film A Trip To the Moon (Le Voyage dans la Lune) by Georges Méliès. It's the inspiration for the Smashing Pumpkins' "Tonight Tonight" music video.

I want to see it, but is getting hard to saty awake... there's no clouds in the sky and at 12.000 ft high I'm in a good situation here, I just need a little more coffee

Cloud cover has been relatively heavy tonight, but the moon has been peeking through the clouds since I started keeping tabs. Hopefully I can start seeing something in the next hour or so.

Near Quito, Ecuador. I don't know how many ft exactly, I'm somewhere between 3000 - 3500 meters
